I was wondering if breakfast and parking is always included? Does it also matter if we check in late since we're going to DL first?

Yes, breakfast and parking is always included. I'm sure they're used to people checking in late after being at DLR all day. We actually went straight to CCI the morning we arrived to see about sort of pre-checking in so we could just park our car there in the morning. We didn't get there real early, probably about 9 or 10, and they already had our room ready for us!

Why would you go to DL first? You can park your car at CCI, dump your stuff in the room and walk to DL and be there in the park in 10 minutes? Unless you like paying to park your car.

This is what I was going to ask. Remember CCI has a FREE dedicated shuttle too.

Thanks for the response. We're arriving at DL 7.30 so we can do as much as possible with all the crowd and I got PAP so parking wont cost me more.

CCI will let you "check in" early, you just aren't likely to actually get access to your room that early. But you can park and ride the shuttle to the parks anytime during the day. So if you're getting there early just go to the hotel, check in, get your park stuff and go. I would rather park at the CCI then in the parking structure, the wait for the tram seems longer to me. I may be wrong but that's how we would do it. Enjoy your trip!
