Question about Cancellations

Looking at booking a stay in HRH using tge SMSM rate online. Later down the line if a better rate comes out does anyone know if my existing reservation would be able to be cancelled online? Or would i need to call?

Stupid as it sounds i prefer to be able to do things online ir via email as im in the UK and will be booking this as a surprise

If you book online, you can cancel online.
