Question about buying specially priced theme park tickets online

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone knows if the "technical difficulties" Disney is having with their online ticket store is temporary? Does anyone know if it is going to be fixed at any point in the near future, or will we have to call in to buy our specially priced tickets for participating in running events from here on out?

Regina, I had the HARDEST TIME getting the right price for tickets for Expedition Everest Challenge but I did finally get the right price by calling the WDW DREAM number. That is "preferred ticketing". We got our 4 day park hoppers for $198 just as a reference point...it was $215 for 4 day PH and water parks. The online store had been up for the first week or so after I registered, then gone.

The first TWO times I called, they quoted me $255 for the same ticket. I found it best to say "I have a discount code for discounted tickets..." I stressed the discount word
