Hi everyone,
Our wedding is going to be on a Sunday in January. The ceremony is starting at 12 pm at the Wedding Pavilion and the reception is at Atlantic Dance Hall. My question is...I'm trying to decide on bridesmaids dresses now, and I found one that I really like, but its long. Are long dresses not appropriate that early in the day? I'm not sure of the etiquette.
Thanks!
Amanda

If you like the dresses then they are totally appropriate...now "technically speaking" long dresses are traditionally for formal evening-ish weddings...but I think that was a long time ago...long dresses were the fashion for a very long time and still are...I chose tea length dresses b/c I'm getting married in August and it's HOT and I wanted every one to be comfy and that is what they preferred, so there ya go! You are the bride baby and it's all up to you!!! I LOVE THAT!!!
