Question About Booking

I'm just about to call to book our room with the 30% pincode I received this afternoon. DH, DGD10 and I will definitely be going but my adult daughter MAY or MAY NOT be going. Is it best to include her on the reservation now or when I know definitely? What I'm asking is if it'll be less of a problem to add her (inc. park tix and QSDP) now or have to take her off the reservation if she decides not to come with us? Another thing...I'm going to be booking a couple of TS restaurants and pay OOP, is it best to make the ADRs for 4 and switch to 3 if she's not with us, or book for 3 and add her later on? Sheesh. Kids. Even though she's 37 years old.

I would maybe wait until she knows for sure and add her at that time . You can make any changes to your ressie without being charged if you are outside the 45 days of arrival, but there is a change fee if you are 44 days or less prior to arrival. After the 45 day mark, Disney will usually waive the change fee (which I think is $50, but I'm not 100% sure) if your reservation price increases, but they charge you if it decreases . As far as the ADRs, I would make them for 4 . Good luck and happy planning .

Yes, that's exactly what to do. You can always add someone to the room. We have added people to our reservations within the 45 day timeframe and never the charge since you are paying more. If you take someone off, they will charge within the 45 days.
