Question about booking through CRO

Excuse the dumb question, but it is the first time I have booked through CRO. I just booked a package Tuesday night, and gave a debit card for the deposit. I haven't received any confirmation emails yet, and my debit card has not been charged either. Is this normal? I was able to pull up my reservation online, but it isn't showing dining, which was included in my package. Again, not sure if this is normal?

Any insight is appreciated- thanks!

I don't have the complete answer to your question, but I believe if you booked a package then you did not book through CRO - you booked through Disney Travel. The travel company and CRO have different policies regarding deposits, payment and cancellation terms.
 
Hi. First, if you booked a package then you did not use CRO - it was WDTC. Did you book online? If you booked via phone, then it is normal for the confirmation to take almost 2 weeks to come in the mail. Make sure you have your deposit down - don't wait for a confirmation first. If you look your reservation up online, it should say somewhere something like: Magic Your Way Plus Dining package. If you can't find that, then definitely call for your own reassurance.

I booked a MYW plus dining package last Saturday via phone and have not received anything as of yet...
 
Ok, now I have no idea who I booked through, lol. I thought there was only 1 place to make reservations. :)

I did the ressie over the phone, and I didn't think to ask about a confirmation. Maybe I should give them a call; I just wondered why my debit card hadn't been charged, since that is usually an instant transaction. (It doesn't even list anything as pending.)

There are posts all over the boards indicating that dining is not showing up on the 'online review' of your reservation but a call back to the number you booked the package thru - will confirm for you that it IS in fact on your reservation.

Numerous people have posted that in different threads. So you're probably good. Call back if you want total assurance.

Thanks Canadian Guy, I may wait a couple days and call. I was more concerned with the fact that I got no confirmation, nor had my debit card been charged.
