Question About Booking My Trip

I am not sure if this is the place I should be posting this, but it does pertain to resorts somewhat, so here it goes...My husband and I are planning a trip to Disney this winter. We are thinking Dec. 28th - Jan. 2nd. We have been this time of year before and know it is busy and things may book quickly. We are wanting to reserve our room sometime in July for Coronado Springs. We were going to do it in June, but decided to wait until july to put the $200 deposit down. So my two real questions are...1. If we wait till July to book do you think there will still be rooms available at CSR? 2. Can we still make our ADR's at the end of June even though we dont have a room booked...because the "180 day mark" will be at the end of June and I KNOW ADR'S can fill up fast! So I want to book those ASAP...is that possible?

New Year is very busy, but I don't think that it will be that bad at that resort. I'm going to SSR in a week and made my dining reservations, when you call they ask for your reservation or phone number.
