Question about booking Magical Express

DH and I are meeting DD, DSIL and grandchildren in WDW. We live in opposite parts of the country. DH and I arrive earlier and will use a town car service from the airport so we can make a grocery stop. DD & company want to use magical express. All names are on our DVC reservation.

I'm assuming (dangerous!!) that I can make the reservation for them without a problem even though DH and I won't be using the service. True??

I made magical express ressies for dh & I and my son who lives in TX. They promised they would send the info to both of us, but alas everything came to me. Plenty of time to mail his things to him though. Just be aware that you may have to send out the info to your family.

For us, ME has always mailed the luggage tags only to the person whose name the reservation is in. We have had to mail tags on to other persons who are at different addresses.

It's been the same for us. But since the ME information arrives usually three weeks out we easily can forward the items to the other family members.

ME will only mail the tags and info to the lead name on the reservation and each name will only receive 1 luggage tag.

thanks everyone -- I figured they would mail everything to us. Should be okay provided they give us at least 2 weeks lead time. If not, they could always handle the bags themselves - not ideal, but doable.
