Question about booking flight through Disney

We are booking a trip for September. The Disney website has the better flight times than Delta.com does. We want to book our flight through Disney. My question is can I pay my deposit now and book my flight later through them or do I have to book my flight when I book my trip?

We did not initially book our air thru Disney. But, called back a few weeks later and booked the air. We had to pay in full for the airfare.

The only concern is that those flights/times will no longer be avialable at that price, I think.
