question about booking excursions and online checkin

I was wondering what time the booking window opens for excursions. Is it at Midnight or 8 am? Also, what time does booking open for on-line checkin? Thanks!

As of this moment: the actual check-in for passports, photos, etc. is 30 days prior to sailing.

I used the DCL app at midnight and it was super easy to get everything booked each day on the ship.
