Question about Boma

One of my favorite dishes at Boma is the Black Eyed Peas w/ Ginger Juice. Someone recently posted the daily menus and unfortunately this dish isn't scheduled to be offered the night of our ADR. Due to scheduling and not wanting to eat adventurously prior to running the Goofy Challenge, we're not able to change the day of our ADR. Does anyone know if Boma ever deviates from their standard daily script? I'd like to imagine there's a least a *chance* it could be on the menu.

You could always ask your server about it after you are seated. I have asked about a couple of items there that did not appear on the buffet during the evenings that we dined - both times I was lucky and they were able to provide them. Good luck!
