Question about BLT....

and another question about the webcast.

We are thinking about purchasing BLT or AKV. We really would like BLT but it's kind of steep at the moment. Anyway, everywhere I look here, and DVCnews.com it says the incentive is $8 for new purchase of 160+. Every time I call my guide she says its $5? Is she incorrect? Should I press the issue? How would I do that (meaning it's not like these are Disney websites, these are both sites for Disney and dvc, I hope that makes sense)

Also what do you guys think the webcast incentive would be? are they supposed to be great? Is it more likely that it will be on only one resort rather than another.

It doesn't matter what we say or what you read. You deal is between your Guide and you. The deals change all the time. You might ask your Guide to verify the current pricing but remember that the deals also vary from department to department. Telesales Guides are not able to offer the same incentives as the Preview Center Guides and the DCL Guides.

First off WELCOME HOME neighbor. There was a WEBCAST this week. You still may be able to register for SATURDAYS. You have to watch an online sales presentation on DVC online/ Its about 30 minutes. If you watch you get a special incentive. 240 points would cost $108 per point. Thats $12 off per point. I would call my guise ASAP and register for the WEBCAST. i bought a few days ago, but my guide told me not to sign the contracts until after the webcast. Now she is sending me a new contract at the special offering price. The AKV offer is even better. have you considered buying some at BLT and some at AKV?
