Question about blogger

Okay so I started a blog yesterday on blogger and I have a few questions for people who have one as well. I don't know how to get the nice picture backgrounds that most people have, can someone explain this to me? Also how do you get one of those mickey name tag things on the side I tried like 8 different ways and nothing worked? I checked the help through blogger and it wasn't making any sense. I normally am so good with computer but for some reason this stumps me.

Google "blogger layouts" or "blogger templates" - the default ones aren't that great. I personally love The Cutest Blog on the Block for backgrounds. HTH!

When you just enter into the control panel of the blogger you will find a layout section, there you will found a lot of default templates and even you can select an new template as well.
