Question about bell services at POP

I am taking my disabled aunt and uncle to POP in a week. We will be arriving early in the day and my aunt was wondering if we left our luggage with bell services if they would deliver it to our room when it was ready, or if we would need to come down and get it.

Yes, the luggage will be delivered to your room. The exact time of delivery is not predictable as this is a "luggage assistance" service as opposed to "bell services". You still contact the same bellhops at the luggage storage area near the resort lobby.
