Question about being picked up at dvc

Hi, we’re staying at Saratoga, friends of ours will be at art of animation. We’re going to go to universal one day, and they will be driving. Will Saratoga let them on property for them to pick us
up? Or should we walk down to the gate? Not sure how to work this, thanks!

If they show an ID and have your name, maybe your villa number, I would think they will be let in. Can you add them ( or one of them) to your reservation? You may be far from the gate!! I am sorry, I don’t have a definite answer. I would probably add a name if I could.

My daughter has picked me up several times from BWV without a problem so I think they should be OK if they have your info and villa number.

Yes, just have them explain to the person at the gate what they’re doing. SSR is not known for being strict about parking, they’ll even let you park for free to just look around.

I was at SSR in December and they turned my lyft driver around at the gate. He had my info but no lyft credentials. Not quite the same situation I know.

Oh if you say you’re an Uber or Lyft driver they ask for your taxi ID 100% of the time in my experience.
