Question about Behind the Seeds tour?!

Hey all!
I've just booked a Behind the Seeds tour for my upcoming trip. (The Phone service today was super long, but that's another story!)
I've gotten a confirmation number from the agent on the phone but nothing on email. Is this normal? How does it all work? I've never done a tour before...

I set ours up by phone as well. I only got a confirmation number over the phone, no email. I just made sure we had the confirmation number when we checked in for the tour.

I go the same thing when I did a VIP tour conformation number no email but I think it was listed under MDE I think you will be fine just have the number with you. I have wanted to do this tour I hope you enjoy it.

I may be wrong, but I believe it should show up on MDE or you can link it somehow...I think...It's been 3 1/2 years since we went on it and the MDE had just really kicked into high gear, so I'm not 100% sure I'm remembering it correctly.

When we did the Keys to the Kingdom Tour we got a confirmation number but nothing else. It's no problem, you just tell them your name when you check in for the tour.

I assume that much longer than normal wait times on the phone lines today were due to people rescheduling, changing reservations, etc. with the blizzard here in the northeast. Pretty much everything is shut down, and I'm sure lots of people are staying in Orlando longer, and others arriving later or even sooner ahead of the storm. It must be pretty hectic for Disney to deal with all those changes.

You need to log on to your MDE on the web. You can add this to your plans as a "note". Once created, it will appear on your mobile devices.

When I booked another tour, I was told specifically that I could add the confirmation number to the notes section in MDE but there will not be an official email sent out.
