I'm thinking of making a battery powered Arc Reactor to wear under my shirt on MDAS. I see a lot of prohibited electonics but it's all plug-in stuff. This would be a AA battery pack with some LEDs. Random question but does anybody know if stuff like this is allowed on board?

People are allowed to wear light up Christmas bulb necklaces, and those are LEDs with a battery.

Battery powered devices are generally fine. Things that would plug into the electrical outlets are limited because of the fire risk.

Yes, do it. It sounds like fun. For our MDAS I found a string of LED avenger lights that have a battery pack. I attached magnets to it and placed it on our stateroom door.

DCL gave every guest a battery powered light-up snowflake necklace for the Frozen party one year when we were on - I think you're good!
