Question about Banking points

I recently bought at the AKL, I recieved developer points as well as current points, I can't bank the developer points so I will use those first and am going to bank the current points. Question when I decide to use the AKL points do they use the banked points first or do I have to specify what points to use when I make the reservation. I will be getting more points in February so how do they distiguish between banked points from 2008 and current 2009 UY points.

They claim that they will always use your points in whatever way benefits you the most which would lead you to believe that they would use banked points before current UY points, however, I would always ask just to verify that they have used my banked points.

What they claim and what they do are two different things. You will be much better off if you tell them which points to use. We have had several discrepancies this year alone that they are having trouble fixing. They were all MS Advisor errors.
