I have a timeshare with another company and I have to pay a fee to bank points and I have to pay the use year MF to borrow points. Is that the case with DVC? I am ready to dump my current timeshare for DVC as I go to Disney at least every 3 years.
Thanks!!

There is no fee for banking points with DVC. Once banked, points cannot be brought back into the current use year. You can borrow points from the following use year, also with no fee. Maintenance fees run on a calendar year basis where the bills go out in December and are due in January. You do not need to pay in advance if you are borrowing points. DVC is a very user friendly system in that regards.
Good luck with making your purchasing decision. Hopefully you will be able to get some value from your other timeshare. If not, it might be a good idea to hold onto it as well as purchase DVC. Many of the owners on here own both DVC and non DVC timeshares due to the fact that while it is great for staying at Disney properties, DVC is not a very cost effective or efficient option for staying at other locations.
What I am paying in MF and Club Dues, I can just pay out of pocket for any non DVC vacations. Not sure I can give my current Timeshare awayI don't owe any money on it, but paying over $1200 a year and still having all the restrictions on borrowing and banking points is crazy.
You might want to think about renting a reservation from a DVC owner. This will give you a good look at the DVC while saving some money on a Disney vacation.

Yes, you can either arrange for another member to transfer points into your account or you can arrange for another member to make a reservation in your name for a night (or as many nights as needed).I do have another question. If I bank year 1, use year 2, and borrow year 3 and I happened to be a few points short, can I rent the additional points from another DVC member?
You can also purchase up to 24 one-time-use points from Disney once per UY for $15 per point. This can only be done 7 months out however -- one-time-use points are not resort specific so they cannot be used in the home resort booking window.I do have another question. I have one more question and I will be set. Can I book more than one room for the same dates? Say I want to book 3 studio rooms for the same week. If I have enough points could I do it?
Yes you can but I believe that you have to put a different person as lead guest on each room...at least that is the way that I did it for my upcoming trip. We have a 2 bedroom and 2 studios booked, all with different guests and it was no problem.
Keep in mind that none of the WDW DVC resorts have connecting studios - and there is no guarantee that the two studios would even be near each other.Awesome, I doubt I would do it, just wanted to know if it was possible. Now to figure out how many points I need and where to buy. This is my last year of not having to count my DD(2) so I will need to start getting rooms that sleep 5 for me, DW, DS, DD and DD. At some resorts it would be better to get 2 studios, than getting a 2br.

The 1 bedroom villas at BLT, OKW & AKV are meant to sleep 5, however. There is a sleep chair (twin) in the living room as well as a queen sleep sofa. The bedroom has a king.
