Question about Backstage Magic

In the details it mentions FP's for must see attractions. Does this mean multiple FP's or just 1/2 per park? Just wondering because trying to decide if the value is there for this trip.

We have been on four ABD/BSM adventures last was Dec 2015 and we usually were give four or five FPs for our "on you own time" use.

We were also given a stack of them I think 3 or 4 per person each day when we were turned loose. We are frequently Disneyland visitors and we had concerns about value for the trip - not that we have been on it, there is no question in our minds. I wrote up a mini-trip report on it and our thoughts as DL regulars.

We've done BSM 4 times so far and have gotten at least 4 FP's each day (none on the last day). The FP's are good in either park and only exclude Radiator Springs Racers IIRC.

You'll also find that some of the folks on your trip may be DL/DCA veterans and decide to do there things then so they may give away their FP's. We've done that several times.

We got 5 fastpasses each on each day of our trip that we were in the park (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). They will tell you if they are not valid on certain attractions, like Matterhorn (not a fastpass attraction) or Radiator Springs. We got a separate fastpass for Radiator Springs.

Is there a reason the winter ones (not just the ones in December but Jan/Feb/Mar) are $400 more pp? I see it for both 2017 & 2018..?

Probably because they either weren't eligible for the $400 discount, or the discounts are all gone.
