Question about average lines end of July

I just found out we will be in Orlando at the end of July, and want to surprise the kids with a day at Magic Kingdom. Question is, what kind of waiting times can I expect in lines? Their favorite rides were Dumbo, Aladdin, teacups, barnstormer -- too little (4 & 7) for the bigger rollercoasters. We've only gone during the off season when lines were really short. Since we won't be able to do as much with crowd size, this might help plan where to spend time.
TIA!

Hi,

You can expect VERY long lines, particularly for the rides you mention. All of them are "cycle loaders," meaning that they do not have guests continuously moving on and off the ride. Those four rides all have to stop, let a group off, get a new group on, and start again.

I suggest you get to the MK at opening time and ride those attractions until the lines get unbearable, which will not take too long in July. Unfortunately, none of those are FastPass attractiions.

Dumbo is the only one of those open during morning EMH. You could go to the MK on an EMH morning and ride Dumbo a couple of times before the rest of the park opens, then try to get on the rest before the lines get too long.

Good luck!
