Question about APs and flexpay

Hi, we recently bought our APs with flexpay. I understand that they automatically renew after 11 months but how does this work with the 6 months free? Are they added to the end of this term, then there will be 6 months of no balance due (since the cost is spread over 11 months), and the I am charged again for the next term? Has anyone else used the AP promotion with flexpay?

I do. In my wallet it shows 18mo. Preferred pass with expiration in April 2020.

Thanks. I called to confirm and how it works is you pay over the 11 months, then you get tht efree months when you will not be paying, then the pass would automatically renew and charge you. However they said that if you decide to pay in full for the next pass and cancel the flexpay you will only have to pay the renewal price, which is what I think we might do.

After 11 months you wont see a bill for another 6. Then they will start charging you the 30 per month (Pass price / 12). After the first 11 months you are then on a month to month plan with no cancellation penalty.
