Question about AP Rate Confirmation

We have an AP rate at the AKL at the end of October... when I finally got my confirmation today, it says "Florida Resident ID Required Upon Check-In"... I called CRO and they said "don't worry about it"... and "we'll fix it"... We are not Florida residents, nor did we ever claim to be. Any thoughts? Thank you!

I'd call them back and ask them to send you a confirmation that shows your reservation exactly as you made it. I don't know how many times someone was going to take care of something and it never happened. Better to get it squared away before you are standing at the check-in desk with someone insisting you hold a Florida resident rate confirmation. It would take nothing for them to issue it properly and then you don't have to worry about it.

The same thing happened to me. I also called CRO and I was told that it was a mistake and would be corrected. A few days later I received a new modified confirmation letter without the "Florida Resident ID required" comment.

I have the same problem, but I also have a reservation at ASmusic following AKL with the same ap rate code and no request for Fl. Resident proof. I did not ask for a Florida rate either.

this happened to me in may, i called and they said not to worry it would be fine and i had no problems with check-in, they never even asked to see my AP. i just got confirmation on my dec trip and once again it says "florida resident" but i'm not going to worry about it, after all they did send my confirmation to me in ontario
