okay - let me start by saying I AM GOING TO GET HER AN ANNUAL PASS

we arrive late this Sunday night and are staying at the airport before renting a car on Monday morning and driving over to Disney - I was able to get a PS for the Princess Breakfast in Epcot at 8:40 on Monday morning. Which means we are getting up way earlier than anticipated.

Last time we went she wasn't 3 and didn't need an AP - so I have mine but she doesn't - I am worried that I might get to Epcot and the lines be longer than I planned or if we hit a snag in the morning I might be rushing to make the PS -

would it be horrible if we went into the park without her AP and bought it after breakfast - we are leaving Epcot immediately after breakfast to check into our hotel and head to the MK

if i shouldn't do this - does anyone know how late the Earport location is open or how early it opens in the morning? or how early the Epcot window will open?

How are you going to get your daughter into the park without a ticket? This just doesn't make sense to me...

Pardon me for asking but how do you plan to get her into the park without her ticket? Remember a PS doesn't get you into the park, you still need admission to the park.

I think she means to just pretend she is under 3.

That is alot of rushing around in the early am. Have you considered buying it now and then all you have to do is activate it when you get to Epcot. That will definately cut out some of the time.

She will need a ticket to get into Epcot... according to this site Earport is open until 9 P.M., Magic of Disney until 10 P.M.
I don't know what time Guest Services opens, but Epcot has Extra Magic Hour Monday morning, so the park will be open at 8 AM for resort guests, so I would think Guest Services there would be open before 8 A.M.

Buying a voucher doesn't cut out any time in processing an AP - I've done it both ways.

If you have a car, Guest Relations in DTD Marketplace is open until 11pm. It is the most efficient place for AP's. Guest Relations at the Paks opens about an hour ealier than the Park. We upgraded mine & got my son's at the International Gateway GR a couple weeks ago & it took about 15 min. total. We got there at 8:30 am & were done well before the Park opened.

(I'm only 99% sure on this one so if someone else wanst to confirm, please do.)

Buy her a two day pass to go to the PS breakfast, then after breakfast come back to guest relations and trade it up to an AP. No added cost over having bought the AP to begin with. (The pass cannot be completely consumed at the moment of trade-up hence the 2 day pass mentioned)

That doesn't make sense to me. If you are going to stop to buy a pass at all, you may as well just take the few minutes to purchase the AP.

The Disney store at the airport was open til midnight last time I was there (October and December) and I have bought APs (they are activated there not vouchers) quite late.

So try there when you first get into the airport.

I would definitely try the Disney Earport at MCO.

Good luck and I hope all works out for you! I am sure your daughter will have a great time!

Thank you for the info on the earport - I will have to call them and check - I am planning on buying the pass - butyou know how things can get and I am just worried I might not make it in -

I can't get to downtown disney before it closes -my only hope before the morning will be the earport

The way I read it, the previous poster was recommending that the original poster purchase a 2-day ticket in advance, use it to enter the park (since they can use it immediately and no activation would be required) and then upgrade the 2-day ticket to the AP after the breakfast, when they would have more time to wait for the activation. Makes sense to me, if time really would be such an issue.
