question about annual pass with cemultiavantage

How do I get the free child annual pass? Do I just add two to the basket and they automatically send out the free child one with me requesting it? Thanks

I just added the Adult AP's into the basket. I sent a separate email to inform them of our date of travel and how many Under 7 FREE AP'S I would like. Then I got a confirmation email and a week later, they arrived.

Anyway, I asked a qu before I ordered and wrote in english - the reply was in french! But they obviously understood the qu.

I then communicated in french from then on - I do have some french ability so between that an stuff I had to look up on a translation site I got by

I forgot about an AP for my DD2 . So, I didn't ask but thankfully she emailed me anyway and asked me if I needed any free child's passes before sending them to me .

I think it's best to just put it in an email. I told her their names and DOBs but actually didn't need that info - I suppose that way though she knows how many of each you need.

I got my passes last August. I also emailed to ask for the free child passes. I emailed in French using a combination of what I could remember from school and a translation site.

I have just looked at the new offers on the DLP site, and if that's all we're getting (the 1 night free offers) I am def going to get the annual passes from Ce-multi, as my required dates are 4-7th June, which their current offers do not cover!!! Luckily I have already made a cancellable room booking at Magic Circus just in case I needed it...looks like that's where we'll be (NEVER stayed off site before........)

We're in the same boat Zinderella. Going pretty much the same time. That's also why we got APs. At least that way we can still afford to stay on site at the standard rate at the SL or somewhere. Clearly I don't want to pay the standard rate but, this trip we want to stay on site again at the girls are still quite young to be travelling back and forwards.

I'm holding off booking anything as it's the standard rate if nothing else comes along, so whether I book that now, or in 3 months time I guess makes no difference .

I'm not holding out much hope of an offer as the last two have specifically missed out the June half term . Kicking myself for not booking on the 30% off earlier in the year but I couldn't get family organised to book!
