Question about annual ownership fees....

How much are the annual dues/ maintenance fees for the DVC resorts (esp Vero Beach)? I've looked in all the FAQs and can't find any mention of these....

Rounding to the nearest penny, here are the dues for 2000/2001/2002/2003 at each resort.

OKW - $3.16/$3.13/$3.22/$3.39
BWV - $4.02/$3.83/$3.92/$4.10
HHI - $3.26/$3.32/$3.49/3.69
VB - $4.08/$3.98/$4.17/$4.37
WVL - NA/$3.63/$3.80/$4.05
BCV -- opened at $3.77/$3.97

Thanks! One more question... what is the preferred "use" month if you want to primarily stay in July?

The preferred use year is just before your normal travel period. For July, it would be April or June. There is no May use year.
