My family is going to Disney the first week of October this year and we are staying at All Star Music. Included will be our one year old daughter and so we are really needing an area there that will be quite at night and in the evening. We don't need to be around a lot of hussle and bussle. We are getting a standard room and I was wondering if anyone out there would have any suggestions?

Welcome to the DISboards!!! My dd and I stayed in Music in Dec. '03 and loved it. It was the same time the Pop Warner kids were there and we were a little worried. But, no problems. We were in the Jazz bldg...right next to Calypso which is a preferred bldg because it is the closest to the food court/bus stop area. We were on the third floor (top) in the back of the bldg. We were well away from any hustle and bustle. I believe it has been one of our quietest stays in WDW. Ask for Jazz (close to everything, so you won't have a lot of walking to do) and ask to be on the back side, away from the pool. You should be all set.

The Country bldgs I think are the quietest. They are also the furthest from the food court & bus. They are in the back of the complex, away from everything. I have stayed in the Broadway section as well, not as quiet as the Country, but much quieter than any of the values.
