Question about AKL-DVC Concierge level

Quick question..........
Assuming fastpasses are coming back eventually..

If you stay in the concierge level with DVC at Animal Kingdom lodge, do you get ALL of the concierge benefits? Including the ability to purchase extra fastpasses?
