Question about adding people to my MYW with free dining plan

Okay, so my DH and I have booked the MYW with free dining package for Sept and will have it paid off at the end of this month. My mother and sister are thinking of going with us, but have not decided for sure. My question is can I add them to the plan later on if they want to come or does it have to be done within the 45 days prior?

They would have to be in the same room as you will be - and you might be able to add them.

But remember the price of the room you probably have now - is the double occupancy price for a room - and every adult after the first 2 is a fee. Not sure of the fee.

I would call CRO and ask them for details.

You are going to have a hard time making modifications on the free dining plan, since it has now expired. I'd call CRO first thing in the morning to avoid disapointment - just to check if it's even possible.

I added a night to our free dining plan stay (additional meals also) on July 15th with no problem. It never hurts to call and ask. Also, if you are told no by the first person, call again and ask someone else. Good luck!
