I use smugmug, which allows me to add keywords to my photos, but I'm not sure what is the best way to enter keywords for names and places. For example, Should I enter Magic Kingdom as two keywords, or one? And would names be any different, such as Mickey Mouse? Which way would you enter them:

magic, kingdom, mickey, mouse,

or

magic kingdom, mickey mouse,

??

I would recommend putting on keywords before you upload, that way you'll have them on your end and they'll exist everywhere, not just on Smugmug. I would assume that Smugmug can pull the keywords out of your jpg file when you upload them.

For keywords, I don't think that it makes a huge difference if you separate names or leave them together, but I generally put them as a single keyword. Ie, "Magic Kingdom". It does work better on the gallery on my site, which can make "virtual albums" from any keyword, this allows multiple-word keywords (like "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad" to have one virtual album, it also separates the Kingdoms, ie "Magic Kingdom" vs "Animal Kingdom".
