Question about adding dining plan to dvc rentals

I rented dvc from a company(dont know if i can post the name) its not davids. I gave them the info and my card # its been 9 days and my card still hasnt been charged. Is it normal for it to take this long??? The company said everything went through fine. Dose it usually take this long for disney to add the plan?

Don't know what the situation is with outside rentals but through Disney the transaction is almost instantaneous and is normally taken form account with international transactions within two days.
