I hope someone can help me here! I've already booked a package and am staying at POR Dec 10-17th but want to snag a RO discount (if one becomes available) for Dec 9th at Wilderness Lodge. So my question is, can I add a "9th day" onto my Magic Your Way park hopper ticket so I can go to the parks on my first day? Would I just call reservations and have that extra day added on to my package?

Thanks so much for any help! I'd like to have all this taken care of so when I get my Magic mail it'll all be there for me!

How to Pick Up your Package Tickets Early. You can get your tickets early, up to 3 days before your package starts. However, if you try to do this through Disney Reservations, they will tell you that it cannot be done. BUT, actual WDW Guest Relations employees on-property do it every day, and it is allowed.

Go to a Guest Relations facility (they are outside and inside each park gate, plus 2 outlets at DTD). Make sure to have your reservation paperwork with you that has the reservation # on it. Tell GR that you are there for early pick-up of package tickets. They will handle it. You will not be able to access your dining credits early.

How to Add a Day: At a later time, after you have used your tickets at least once thru a park turnstile, go to any ticket booth or Guest Relations outlet and add a day to your tickets. The process of using your ticket first will bridge your ticket's value to current gate price (in case it was purchased before the June 3 price increase). Then the only cost to you will be $10 + 6.5% tax = $10.65. You may add days to your ticket up to 10 days max.

Here is Cheshire Figment's Ticket Sticky, "Everything About WDW Tickets." CF is a WDW Ticketing employee. His Sticky can be found at the top of Theme Park Attractions and Strategies Forum. Post #15-I discusses early package ticket pickup. Post #6, paras. 7-8-9, discusses upgrading tickets that may be older or discounted. Post #18 is a chart of current Disney ticket prices (not including tax).

Thank you very much! I knew I could pick up tickets early, i just wasn't sure of the process....I'm off to read the sticky!

Just noticed your pic with the World Series Trophy for St. Louis. I have just about the same picture of me from the 1997 Florida Marlins World Series championship. We used to live in Miami. We attended Games 2, 6, & 7. It was one of the most exciting events our family ever participated in.

i only attended ONE of the playoff games.....I would have been delirious to have attended any of the World Series games!
