Question about actual ticket

We will be buying our tickets in a couple of weeks, probably buying them from Disney online. When purchased, do we get a receipt that we redeem or will it be the actual ticket we will use for entrance to the parks. If a voucher to redeem, where is that done?

Also, we will be staying at HoJo's and their site has ticket options, but only up to a 5 day park hopper, and we will be buying a 6 day. Does anyone know if they are unable to offer the 6 day?

Looks like another poster had the same question, so I think I found my answer about the ticket on that thread, but not the one about ticket options at HoJo's.

I have no idea about what types of tickets HOJOs has, but it won't be any better deal than the Disneyland website.

The pricing was not the main factor. I just not know if the 6 day was available at HoJo's or not. If they can not sell that one for Disney, we will just wait until our first visit to the park to make our purchase.

I wouldn't wait until you get to the park to make your purchase; they are quite a bit more expensive if purchased at the gate instead of online.

Even if cost is not an issue e-tickets are really easy to redeem and take less time than purchasing at the ticket booths.

Whenever I buy my ticket online I just walk up to the gate with it like a regular ticket. You do not need to wait in the ticket line.

It can vary from where you buy it from, I have heard - some places do ask that you redeem your paper voucher for a ticket right at the ticket turnstiles, while others request that you redeem your voucher at a ticket box window. Where do you buy yours from? Thanks! :)

To further what Mrs.JackSparrow4Life said, I would make sure to purchase through a place like Getawaytoday because it is also a huge savings over reg. gate prices.

However, some people on these boards are speculating (HOPING!! C'MON, DISNEY!) that a price rate will take place perhaps hopefully on May 2... if you can hold out for a little while until a price promo is announced here on the DISboards that would be ideal.
