Question about a Townhouse at Windsor Hills

Has anyone rented a condo from vacationcentralflorida.com? If so, did you have a good experience?

The townhouse is new, but there are others on the board who have stayed at the condos and left positive reviews for unit 302 and 202C so he's definitely legit and takes good care of the properties.
