Question about a rare Disney Plate

While I was working at WDW, I worked for an area that was called the P.D.C. 2000 group. We redesigned the training for all of Magic Kingdom Food and Beverage. When we completed the entire training program, they gave us a really nice chef cooked dinner and a plate to remember it all.

I have one of the 25 that was made.

I have been trying to find someone out there that can price it for me. For insurance reasons.
Does anyone know of a place or person that can do this for me?
