Question about a hotel near Disney

I'm looking into the Days Inn Lake Buena Vista/Disney Village (on Apopka Vineland) for the night prior to my CBR package start. Have any of you every stayed there? Or how about the Comfort Inn Palm Parkway also listed as being within the Disney Village area. Easyclicktravel has both at great prices but a low price is no deal if the hotel is dirty or poorly maintained. Any info?

From what I have consistently read over the years, the Day's Inns in the WDW area are the absolute pits.
