Question about 8A Fantasy

Do these split layout rooms still have a dividing wall or has the wall been removed? I'm seeing videos with a wall in some and just posts in others. Thanks!

Deck 5 has the wall, deck 6 has the posts.

Back in April of 2018 we did a guaranteed room rate ocean view on the Fantasy. That lets Disney pick the room for you. Several weeks before we sailed we were given our room number. It was room 6014. We ended up in a handicapped room. I think it is an 08A category but I am not sure. It was the larger room with no wall, single bathroom,two windows and a poll in the middle of the room.








In April 2019 we picked the 08A category room 5020 on the Fantasy and it did not have a poll in the middle. It had the same two windows,single bathroom but it had the wall in the middle. We also had two TVs. We were with friends who were staying in another room. We would meet in our room for drinks in the evening before dinner. This room had a lot of storage. I am not sure if they have made any changes since then.

Only 4 of the 8A rooms on deck 5 have the dividing wall. Check reviews (plenty online) & make sure you get the right one.
