Question about 1900 Park Fare breakfast

Well, actually a question about Mary Poppins. Is she one of the characters that can talk? Ds (3.5) is a HUGE fan of hers; and keeps asking if she will talk or sing We already have a ps here, I just want to be able to prepare him in advance if she doesn't talk (I seriously doubt she'll be singing for him )

Yes, she does indeed talk (and is a real person). When we went earlier this month, Bert was also with her. I'm sure you will enjoy the breakfast. The food and character interaction is fantastic!

Yes, all of the face characters talk! At that breakfast, you are likely to see Mary Poppins and Bert in the lobby coloring with the kids, and in the actual breakfast, Alice in Wonderland (also a face character), Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and the Mad Hatter. The last of these characters aren't face characters, so they don't talk, but interact very well with the kids. Not all will be at every breakfast, but you can usually count on Mary, Pooh and Alice.

When we were there last yr, in addition to Mary Poppins, Alice, the Mad Hatter, we saw Pinochio and Gepetto. In fact, Pinocchio was about the nicest character we met the whole trip. He spent a lot of time with our then 21 month old son who loved it (even though Pinocchio doesn't talk, my son seemed to know exactly what was being "said"). Oh yeah, the food was great too.

The Mad Hatter also talks. He talks just the way you would expect him to and it can be jolting at 7:30 in the morning after a rather late night!

This is our favorite breakfast buffet, delicious potato casserole!
