Question about 180 day mark and time with MDE

If I want to use MDE to make my dining reservations at what time of the night/day should I be able to do so online via MDE? Is it midnight or later?

6am. I tried earlier and was unable to. Worked at 6 on the dot

well darn! I am a night owl not an early riser. I was hoping maybe this work would in my favor. Guess I am just going to have to suck it up and get up!
