Question: '08 values

I'm looking at the description for POP with my quotes that I got for our next trip and the description of the rooms is as follows:

All rooms have two double beds or one king-size bed, table and chairs, vanity area with sink and bathroom. Preferred View Rooms are located near the main pool, food court, transportation, playground and laundry facilities. Disabled-accessible rooms are available. Amenities include in-room wall safe, voice mail and data port on phone. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and refrigerator are available upon request.

The last sentence leaves me with a question. As far as I had previously understood, a hairdryer was already in the room. This, as well as the fact that it doesn't mention "available upon request for a fee" or anything similar leads me to wonder if now there is no charge for the refrigerator now in the value resorts (since the prices were raised)? If that is the case, I wonder why things previously included for free, such as a hairdryer, are now being charged for. Does anyone know anything about this?

There is definitely a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board in each room. Can't imagine why the description says that. Strange!

I think they put that on there as a disclaimer if for some unknown reason there isn't one. I believe that it has said that for a little bit now and I'm pretty sure that they still charge for the frig.
