Quest order?

If you were a new or returning player who wanted to get to the inner space shop (or whatever it is called) AND have done none of the quests. Which ones do you have to do and in what order do you have do them in?

You would need to do diving first, then at least one car quest (blue is easiest), then the space suit magic pin. I don' thave a link to the spoiler posts handy, but I think there may be a link in the players guide thread.

I think the player guide above has the order but if I remember correctly - it is Dive, Car and then Space.

You have to do the diving first. But then you can go straight into the space quest if you remember this tip:

On the space quest, when it tells you to go onto a track and collect 5 trophies or collect 10 trophies, what it really looks for is you collecting 5 points and 10 points. Sell a couple of 5-10 point sellbacks (non-tradeable pirate loot works fine) and you can advance even if you haven't done the car quest yet.

Tip:

If you have teleportation magic, you can go straight to the space quest. Where you have to do diving, use your teleportation magic (worked great for me!) Just remember that it has to recharge, so don't hit next task until it has fully recharged (if you have to dive more than once).

wow! never knew that!

can sell clothes if you don't want to sell your furniture. Great tip about the teleportation magic. Big hassle to transfer it all to the mules to do that, but i don't usually bother with those pins on the mules, only dive because it's used so much on regular quests.
