Ques for DDP experts

My mother and I are going in Sept...last night we were discussing where we might like to dine.

I made up this list to try to figure out if I have the credits right or not and if I have used them right...Please give me input.

We arrive on 9/10 and are not using any credits that day
9/11 Narcoosee's (2)
9/12
9/13
9/14 Cali Grill (2)
9/15 HBD (2)
9/16 Garden Grill
9/17 Le Cellier
9/18 Home

This is not where we are definitely going to eat but just an example - am I right? If we don't use our credits on 9/10 do we have enough for the remainder? Am I saying this all right?

As far as I can tell, you're going to be there for 8 nights and you're planning a total of 8 TS credits. Looks good to me.
