Query re February

Just wondered what the crowd levels may be like we go in our half term

10th -14th Feb which I understand is a week earlier than most of Uk.

Also any info on weather then too

We will be going 11th-15th Feb this year which is our half term. We went last year from 13th Feb if i remember rightly.

The crowds were fine, no major long waits but obviously this changed on the Saturday we were there when it got crowded. Thankfully this year we have managed to avoid the weekend so hoping the crowds will be the same as last year.

Weather wise, it was cold but nowhere near as cold as the previous Jan/Feb when the whole lake was frozen. I have never been so cold in my life.
Last Feb we took all our winter warmers, but on a couple of the days we only needed a fleece and no thermals, which was good. I don't know how typical that is for that time of year though.
I am fully prepared for it to be very cold and if it isn't its a bonus.

I see you are staying at the DCR. We stayed there last Feb and it never felt crowded there. The pool was great not busy. The same for the restaurant.

I took DD on our first ever trip to DLRP last Feb half term - we were the week after you Leanne I think. We also went midweek.

I was surprised that the park wasn't really busy. Although by about noon each day, Fantasyland did get very busy, and there were queues for the rides (longer than we wanted to wait anyway) for everything except Its a Small World.

The weather was milder than I expected, even sunny on our last day. It only rained the whole 3 days we were there for about an hour one morning too.
