Hi,
It seems to me that the current best deals for Disney and Universal tickets are being offered by Best 4 Attractions, and the inclusion of a free Planet Hollywood meal is an extremely enticing bonus.

I appreciate you are unable to book direct online. When you have sent off the query with your ticket requirements how do they contact you and more importantly when?

Thanks in advance for any help :mickeybar

I odered on-line and when I heard nothing from them after a week, sent a blunt e-mail asking if they wanted my business! They telephoned straight back and took my CC over the phone, they claim to send the receipt within 10 days and the tickets a couple of days later...we'll see!

I phoned them one evening about 6pm, and they called me back within an hour. The receipt arrived a week later. (Tickets have not arrived - I was asked on the phone if it would be OK for them to send tickets nearer our departure date because they were so busy over Easter, which was fine by me).

They rang me back within minutes and also asked if they could send the tickets out at the begining of May because they were so busy with the Easter period. l found them very nice and helpful and quite a few Dibbers have used them with no problems at all.

I ordered my tickets with best4attractions few weeks ago I rang them up with my order and a confermation letter came the next day and the tickets the day after (real tickets not vouchers) would use them again :cool1:

Well I took the plunge and went for the tickets from Best4attractions.

As others have said, service seemed very prompt and responsive. They rang back within 10mins of placing the enquiry on the website!!!!

I have received the confirmation and receipt through the post today and expect to get the tickets in May sometime, well before our departure date of 8th June. I also was informed of the delay in providing tickets straight away due to the busy easter period.

For information purposes, the free PH meal at Downtown Disney is limited to 11am-5pm (or so I was informed) and is either a Hamburger or Cheeseburger entree (veggie option on request) free refills of soft drinks and totally free of tax and gratuity.

It seems an incredibly good deal, we wouldn't normally go to PH in the evenings but have visited before at lunchtime....so ideal for us.

Roll on June!!! :hourglass

Just to update everybody re: my purchase from Best4attractions.

I ordered the 7 day premium ticket and a 7 day for 2 Universal ticket on 1st April.

I received the tickets (and the free PH vouchers) through recorded delivery post on the 9th April (yesterday).

A truly first class service from initial enquiry, to delivery of tickets. I would recommend, not only do they seem the best for price but they also deliver....and the real tickets as well!!!!!

Julian :cheer2:

I received my receipt and confirmation 3 weeks ago and STILL no tickets. I have contacted them and they are "looking into it". NOT good service I fear!

Hi Gill

I ordered my Universal tickets on-line on Monday, they rang back within an hour to take my credit card details, and I received a confirmation invoice on Wed/Thurs saying we would receive our tickets 2 weeks before our holiday, so I was very surprised when the tickets arrived yesterday

I must admit I had no problems, I received my tickets just under a week after ordering and they came recorded post.

My tickets arrived today... :Pinkbounc  :Pinkbounc

It says for the Universal ones that photo ID is required - do you all take your passports wherever you go anyway, or should I just take them when we go to Universal? And the tickets while travelling - should they be in hand luggage or suitcases?

I wouldn't ever put anything like that in my suitcase, always in my hand luggage. Do the tickets have names on them then? I wonder why they want photo ID.

Ooooooohhhhhhhh - I've just placed an order with Best4Attractions which comes to £864 in total. 21 day passes for Disney, and tickets for KSC & Universal all for 2 Adults and 2 kids. I've paid with switch and she said I should have the confirmation within the next 5-7 days and the tickets at end April beginning May. I do hope its ok...... I feel really paranoid about it - please tell me I am wrong!!!

I used them and honestly I had no problems, although I must admit I felt a bit like you at first and was relieved when I got the confirmation.

Well mine came to £390 but I felt reasonably confident having read the comments on this board.

As mentioned earlier, first class and prompt service. Will use again for sure.

Everyone seems to be getting their tickets within days! That's who I intend booking mine with too. They have the best prices I've seen.

Definitely thinking of ordering from them, stand to save £192 plus free Planet Hollywood meals. Did you get two sets of tickets because you had bought both the premium tickets and universal tickets? Thanks.

I bought 2 Ultimate tickets and 2 flexipark tickets and got 4 free meal vouchers. :flower:
