Quattro Formaggi Crushed Potatoes at Citricos

Can anyone tell me what the 4 cheeses are in these potatoes at Citricos? It comes with the filet entree. Pictures would be a bonus!!

I'm just wondering if its any unusual cheeses like blue cheese or goat cheese, etc.

I dont know what cheese they are, but Im assuming italian by the name...romano, parmesan, mozzarella, asiago, gorgonzola etc..


I saw a French Onion soup at Disney (GF) that has Quattro Formaggi and Provolone. I remember thinking ..wouldnt adding the Provolone make it "cinco" formaggio????

Just had them in July, don't know the cheeses, but they were FABULOUS! I had the filet, and Citrico's was the best meal we had all week! If you are going to get an appetizer, the crab gateau was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Will try to find my pictures.
