@easyas123 I'm glad your tests are negative but you might want to think about being tested again later in the week depending on how much time between exposure and the first test. I hope you do get some R&R!
We were thinking the same thing, but we've narrowed down that the last exposure to my son from the positive friends would have been Jan. 1st, so about 11 days ago as of today, 10 days in between exposure & testing. Some sites say 5 days after exposure. Most say after 7 days you are good to go...a few say in extreme cases, up to 14 days.!
The director of the nursing home called right away and reassure me they were working on it and would be helping and the director nursing called to tell me the same. I've been hot mess all day. We are doing phone conference in the morning with nursing home and insurance and myself. Somewhere something has to be wrong and it has to be fixed!
Hugs over this, I can feel your frustration with the bureaucracy of the insurance company. I'm glad the directors will be joining you on the conference call, hopefully having a real, live person on the other end rather than a computer algorithm or person following a formula, will help them understand the needs of your mother much better. So glad those directors have a backbone - I'm sure they deal with this a lot, they probably have a good game plan for how to deal with the insurance companies and tell them what they want/need to hear to get things straight! Keeping you in my thoughts -
