Quality Suites Maingate East

My family and I are Disney bound. Our trip is March 9 - 14, 2003. I have reservations at the Quality Suites Maingate East. I know that it is not a 5 star resort, but i was wondering if anyone has ever stayed there. It sounds really nice. Any comments would be appreciated. Another question is can you still take soft coolers into the park. We are taking snacks. We really hate to stop and eat something big then go and ride. I am taking some small stuff to cook in the room. Just wondering about the suites. Are they okay? Like i said I am not expecting froo froo and frills.

I researched this hotel by reading the reviews on travelocity and decided it was a No. We need the 2bd/2ba because we have 4 kiddos. We have lots of choice hotel points to burn on free nights but this isn't going to be the place for us.

It sounds like some of the kitchens are pretty dirty and not in the best of shape.
