Quality ladies flannel pjs

i used to love Victoria's Secret however their new ones are thin and cheap and not like they used to be. I don't want to spend $100 but I'd like flannel pjs that don't shrink after one wash and are warm and soft.

Last nice pair I got was from Lands End. My mom got me a pair from talbots but I don't love the flannel.

I got some Ralph Lauren PJs on sale at Kohl's and I love them.

Lands End or LL Bean, although they might not have too much of a selection. Another possibility is Vermont Country Store (they do mail order), but I find them to be pricey.
