QSDP Refillable Mug Question

The resort refillable mug that is included in the QSDP - where do we pick that up? At check-in?

you pick them up at your resort counter service restaurant...should be a display near the check out. Just give them your KTTW card - will automatically ring up as part of the plan.

it seems simple and should be but twhen the CM rang the guest up in front me, she did not ask and the guest did not specify the QSDP. So the CM charged her room for the cups. It was painful because the CM had to find someone to do the refund. Anyway, just mention you are on the QSDP and then it is a simple transaction.

If you hand them a KTTW card that doesn't have charging on it then it will save you so much trouble.

I always hand over my niece's card when deducting credits and hand mine when I want to charge.

We started doing this too, but we use our sons cards.


For those that don't have a non-charging card as an option, just be very upfront with the Cashier on what you want done with your card before you hand it to them. We've done this in the past and never had an issue. We now use our sons cards, just in case we get forgetful.
