QS Restaurants with AC/Indoor seating

Could someone tell me which QS restaurants at the following places have indoor seating with AC?

Animal Kingdom

Hollywood Studios

Epcot (World Showcase, in particular)

NOT Flame Tree Barbecue in Ak

neither is the place across from fantasmic but I can't remember the name.

The following come to mind for me:

AK - Restaurantasaurus and Pizzafari
MGM - ABC Commissary
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons (in future (or not so future these days) world, not the showcase). In WS I think Tangerine Cafe has some limited indoor seating, as does Katsura Grill and Les Halles

In addition, Backlot Express at the Studios and Liberty Inn at the American Adventure in World Showcase.

Also, depending on when you're going, Toy Story Pizza Planet (or whatever its new name is) at the Studios, once it re-opens.

La Cantina at the Mexico pavilion at Epcot has both indoor and outdoor seating.
